5.1. Product information: The O2W, SA considers the information concerning the essential characteristics of the products and photographs which illustrate the products sold in strict compliance with the best industry standards.

Service costs shall be borne by the user and purchaser and added to the total value of the selected products. 6. Purchasing process

6.4. Shipping costs: Delivery costs depend on the product category and type of delivery chosen. The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the client during purchasing process, through the carrier chosen. Delivery costs are made up of a base value (per order or delivery) and for an additional fee (per product).

The costs of service shall be borne by the user and added to the total price of the products selected by the user. 6.7. Treatment and delivery of purchase order: deliveries of orders placed online will be made in the territories of Portugal, Azores and Madeira and internationally as well. For Portugal, France and Spain, the products will be delivered until 2-5 days after the respective recovery, except in exceptional cases of ruptures of stock or unauthorized payments. The deadline for orders to the rest of the world will depend on the parent carrier. This information is given in the buying process as well as the indication of the time of delivery.

Important note: Your order will be processed only after confirmation of the respective payment.

All items are delivered in secure packaging. If you notice damage to the external packaging should report the defect to the carrier at the time of delivery, also referring to this document damage on delivery. You should also contact us to email info@oil2wax.com. Please note that proof of delivery without reference to damage is equivalent to a product delivered in packaging in perfect condition. If, after opening the package, detect damage to the product, has 24 hours after receipt of the order to contact our Customer Support via email info@oil2wax.com. 7. Warranty

All items are within law enforcement.

 

8. Purchase Exchanges and Returns

8.1. Exchange/Return: You have 30 days to exchange or return your order. You may do so provided that the item is in the same condition in which it was sold, in original packaging and accompanied by all accessories that constitute it.

In case of Exchange: if the final value resulting from the exchange of products of an order is higher than its initial value, the Customer will have to pay the difference, using one of the available payment methods. If it is less than the initial value of the order, or in case of a return, the Customer may request the refund of that amount by bank transfer.

The shipping and banking costs associated with the return of products are fully and exclusively borne by the Customer.

Items sent free of charge, in the form of gifts or bonuses, will not be refunded.

Note: Never ship the item to Oil2Wax without prior contact with Customer Support.

8.2 Return Conditions: Articles without signs of misuse; Return of the complete article, with all its components and accessories, instruction manual and original packaging in perfect condition.

8.3. Exchanges and Returns deadline: until the 30th consecutive day, from the delivery day.

Returns due to transport damage – The deadline for making a claim for transport damage will be 24 hours from the date of delivery. After this period, O2W, SA is not responsible for any defect that may have occurred in transit.

8.4. Refund credit (Applicable on purchases www.thegreatestcandle.com). In case of return, the refund of your purchase will be made after the validation of compliance with return conditions described above, with the Oil2Wax a period of 30 days for the purpose.

10. Responsibility
