This vegetable wax allows you to make ecological candles by recycling your cooking vegetable oil residues, thus reducing your waste.
A simple and economical way to make your candles while protecting the planet.

1 kg of wax allows you to reuse 5L of vegetable oils and makes:

– 50 candles with 110g or
– 100 candles with 55g or
– 200 candles with 25g.

SUSTAINABILITY

This scented vegetable wax was designed to give you the opportunity de reduce your waste at home:

– Prevent the contamination of 500 m³ of water by the vegetable oils waste that you reuse to make your candles.
– The burning of your candle will be carbon neutral. The carbon released from the burning of the candle was already part of the natural cycle.

HOW TO USE

Ingredients needed to make a 110g candle:
– 100ml of Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil (new or used)
– 1 sachet of powdered scented vegetable wax (included)
– 1 wick (included)
– Wicker Support
– Empty Candle Cup

Preparation Time: 5 min.

To create your ecological candle in a simple way, please follow these steps:
1 – Place 100ml of used vegetable oil, previously filtered, in a measuring cup.
2 – Heat for 1 minute in the microwave (time may vary depending on microwave power).
3 – Add 1 sachet of scented vegetable wax (20g).
4 – Mix well until you get a homogenous mixture.
5 – Pour the wax into the previously cleaned candle cup.
6 – Wait 30 seconds before placing the wick, centring it with the help of the wick support.
7 – Trim the wick to a height of 5mm after the wax sets.
8 – Your candle is ready to use.

USE ADVICE

To safely enjoy all the unique benefits of our candles, we suggest the following user advice:

– Trim the wick to 5mm before each use and avoid exceeding 3 – 4h of continuous burning. This prevents uneven burning and soot release.
– Light only in a supervised location and out of reach of children and animals.
– Do not light the candle near open windows and/or near or over flammable materials.
– Keep a safe distance of at least 10cm between lighted candles.
– Do not expose the candle to direct sunlight
– May cause allergic reactions.
– After using the candle, we recommend reusing its container.
